Recently married Tyreek Hill hit with two paternity suits
Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill has been sued separately by two women who each claim he is the father of their child, both born in 2023, according to The Daily Mail, which cited court documents filed in Florida.
Brittany Lackner, 30, and Kimberly Baker, 29, accused the All-Pro NFLer of not adequately providing for the children he allegedly conceived with them and are demanding more child support than the $2,500 per month he already pays them both, as stated in the legal papers.
Both lawsuits are ongoing, and were filed separately in Broward County.
Hill married Keeta Vaccaro last month at a Texas courthouse.
Lackner gave birth to her son, Soul Corazon Hill, on Feb. 7, 2023, after alleging the month prior that she had sex with Hill in Florida in 2022.
In her lawsuit, Lackner alleged a prenatal paternity test proved 29-year-old Hill was the father “with greater than 99.9 percent probability.”

Lackner said that amount of money is “woefully inadequate” considering Hill’s $30 million annual salary.
“The Father is a member of the Miami Dolphins earning a salary of $30,000,000 a year pursuant to a four-year contract in stark contrast, the Mother is unemployed, has no income, is in debt, is on Medicaid, and has no means of support,” the lawsuit stated.

In a separate TikTok video, the influencer reportedly shared a photo with Hill, who had his hand on her belly during a red carpet appearance in Aug. 2022.
Hill filed a dueling paternity petition in Kansas, which stated he was “willing and able to perform parental duties for his minor child should he be determined to be the father,” and proposed joint custody arrangements, according to The Daily Mail.

In the second paternity lawsuit, Baker accused Hill of showing “utter and abject unconcern” for her now-six-month-old daughter, Trae Love Hill who she claimed was conceived when she and Hill hooked up in Aug. 2022.
“The Father has in fact demonstrated utter and abject unconcern for the child in wholly failing to act as a parent and is completely failing to support the child,” Baker’s lawsuit stated.

Hill also tried to get Baker’s lawsuit dropped, arguing that Baker had no grounds to sue for paternity in Florida as she is based in Los Angeles, according to The Daily Mail, which reported that Hill accepted that DNA evidence proved he was the girl’s father.
“Before an unmarried father may be accorded standing to assert an interest in parental responsibility and/or timesharing, he must demonstrate that he has manifested substantial concern for the welfare of the child,” Baker’s lawyers stated.

The All-Pro NFLer currently pays $13,500 in child support for three children shares with his ex-fiance, Crystal Espinal, 28, according to The Daily Mail.
Hill reportedly shared that he is leaving his $40 million fortune to his 4-year-old daughter, Nyla, in a recent episode of his “It Needed To Be Said” podcast.

Hill has yet to address the reports, and neither has Vaccaro.
Vaccaro attended the Dolphins-Titans game on Monday, according to a video she posted on TikTok, which showed her in a private suite wearing Hill’s No. 10 jersey at Hard Rock Stadium.

Hill tied the knot with his longtime fiance at a courthouse in Travis County, Texas on Nov. 8, according to TMZ.
The NFL star, who is considered an MVP candidate, said at the time that he and his wife are planning a small celebration with their families in the near future.
The couple announced their engagement on social media in July 2021.
Hill previously explained that he is private about his personal life with Vaccaro.

The Dolphins have yet to respond to a request for comment.
