Travis Kelce had to ‘reel it back’ after Taylor Swift relationship blew up
Travis Kelce is in love with Taylor Swift, but he said his sole focus is on football as the Chiefs prepare to take on the 49ers in Super Bowl 2024.
The star Chiefs tight end gushed over his girlfriend during an appearance Wednesday on “The Pat McAfee Show,” explaining why he “had to make sure” the organization knew where his focus was while enjoying life off the field.
“Oh yeah,100 percent,” Kelce said in response to a question from McAfee, who asked if the two-time Super Bowl champ ever had a moment when he sat down to process his high-profile relationship and the Chiefs dynasty.
“I had to kind of reel it back because everybody in this building knows my intentions, man, football is my main focus right now. Theres a lot of people counting on me in this building, in this city, in this organization, so this is my number one focus at the time to be able to, and on top of that, its in my heart to be able to pour everything Ive got out there on the field.

Kelce, 34, was all smiles while reminiscing about Swift, also 34, attending 12 Chiefs games so far this season.
“I love it when Taylor comes and supports me,” the All-Pro tight end said, “and enjoys the game with the fam and friends. It’s been nothing but just a wonderful year, man.”

The NFL posted a video of the couple celebrating on the field, with Kelce telling Swift, “I love you.”
When McAfee mentioned that Kelce and Swift are “in love,” the Chiefs star couldn’t stop smiling.
