Tony Romo is rooting for the NFL’s biggest love story.
Ahead of Super Bowl 2024 in Las Vegas, Romo who will be calling the big game between the Chiefs and 49ers at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday for CBS gushed over Kansas City’s star tight end Travis Kelce, whose romance with pop megastar Taylor Swift has ignited media hysteria across football and pop culture.
“I know this, the passion of this sport and seeing him go out and do what he loves and be great at it is a joyful thing, the same way that he’s going to watch her and I think that in a perfect world, they wouldn’t have all of the media attention around it but the truth is, they’re just too dominant at what they do, they’re both special people,” Romo said, according to the Sporting Tribune.
