Former NFL receivers get into heated nail polish feud on social media
This really happened.
Former NFL wideout Cole Beasley went back and forth with multiple people on X including his former Bills teammate, free agent receiver Kenny Stills about men wearing nail polish.
“Whats up with all these dudes painting their nails nowadays?” Beasley wrote in a recent post. “That aint it.”
Former ESPN anchor, Sage Steele, seemingly agreed and replied to Beasley’s post with a hands raised emoji.
“Some are saying Im out of touch with the times we are in,” Beasley wrote in a separate post directed at a fan who called him “pathetic.”
“Yall want me to changerespectfully, no. Hit the block button or unfollow me dude. Its that easy.”

Stills played one game for the Bills in 2020 when Beasley was still on the team.

“Tattoos tell a story based on the image you get,” he wrote back to Stills. “Painted nails have no image. What exactly are you expressing? Cause I can only think of one thing. Lol.”
Taking to his X account, Stills posted a video Thursday from Burning Man festival sporting painted nails.

Former NFL wideout Dez Bryant also weighed in, writing, “Bruh” in a separate post.
“Dez dont tell me youre out here painting your nails now,” Beasley replied. “Lol we can still be friends but Im def gonna give you s–t about it. Haha.”
Free-agent cornerback Chris Harris Jr., who won a Super Bowl with the Denver Broncos in 2016, defended Beasley, telling one X user that he “didnt say anything wrong Man up lol.”
In another post, Harris Jr. told Beasley, “They Retired the Alpha Males.”
