Brittany Mahomes was ‘genuinely unpleasant,’ didn’t tip in wedding dress trip: TikToker
One TikTok user claims she had a “genuinely unpleasant” experience with Brittany Matthews before the fitness influencer married Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
In a recent video, TikTok user Jessica O’Connor accused Brittany of running up a tab of over $100 with her “whole posse” and leaving “zero tip” after she spent nearly a week staying at 1 Hotel in West Hollywood.
“I don’t like her because she doesn’t tip restaurant staff,” O’Connor, who said she worked multiple positions including serving and bartending, began.
“I believe Brittany was in town to shop for her wedding dress and my first interaction with her, she ran up over $100 in a tab. She was with her whole posse.
“Patrick was not there but I believe their tab was well over $100, maybe like $130 zero dollar tip.
“That happens sometimes so I was willing to let the first one slide and I’m like, ‘Maybe she just didn’t like me, maybe it was something I said,'” O’Connor continued in the video, which has one million views since it was initially shared in November.

O’Connor went on to explain why she will never forget the encounter.
“And I totally understand celebrities don’t owe you anything, especially when you’re out in public,” she said. “As a public figure you should always go out thinking OK the people I interact with are clocking these interactions and are gonna remember this, and I will always remember that Brittany.

It’s unclear exactly when Brittany was shopping for her wedding dress, however she worked with celebrity stylist Mimi Cuttrell for her custom atelier Versace wedding dress and the fashion entrepreneur is based in both Los Angeles and New York.

Brittany gave birth to the couples second child, a son named Patrick Bronze Lavon Mahomes III, eight months later on Nov. 28.
O’Connor posted the video in a response to another TikTok user who claimed “the world doesn’t like Brittany Mahomes.”
