No one doubts the talent of former top draft pick and Ohio State standout Chase Young but Super Bowl MVP?
A bettor at Caesars Sportsbook is taking the plunge on Young and buying into the talent with a $2,000 bet to win Super Bowl MVP.
The bet would win $600,000 if Young produces an insane game at the Super Bowl.
Young would be a shocking player to win such an award, as he was traded midseason from the Commanders, who did not pick up his fifth-year option.
The last edge rusher to win the Super Bowl MVP award was Von Miller of the Denver Broncos in 2016, and only two of the last 20 MVPs have been defensive players.
While Young may be uber-talented, his motor has been questioned during his time with the 49ers.
Young has only six tackles in the playoffs and hasn’t had a sack since the bludgeoning that the Ravens gave the 49ers on Christmas Day.
