The NASCAR Cup Series shifts to Atlanta Motor Speedway on Sunday for the Ambetter Health 400.

William Byron won the most recent race at Atlanta and is coming off his first victory in the Daytona 500.

Atlanta Motor Speedway underwent a repave in 2021, transforming it into a drafting track. Its still 1.5 miles, but the racing style resembles Daytona and Talladega.

Its not as unpredictable as the plate tracks, but we should see more surprise contenders than usual. Like Daytona, Ill look to find an edge with my props bets.

Here are my favorite props for Sunday’s Ambetter Health 400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

NASCAR Ambetter Health 400 prop bets

Driver matchup: Ryan Blaney over Kyle Larson (-114, FanDuel)

Before the repave, Blaney and Larson were two of the best drivers at Atlanta.

Theyve gone in different directions since, as Blaney is a regular contender while Larson has struggled to finish.

Blaney has three straight top 10s at Atlanta and has recorded an average running position of 11th or better in the last four Atlanta races.

Larson has finished 30th or worse in three of his last four Atlanta starts.

That seems worse than it is, considering a wreck has ruined his day multiple times. Still, theres no denying Blaney is the better driver on drafting tracks.

We should see a strong performance from Blaney as he aims for his second Atlanta win. He shouldnt have an issue finishing ahead of Larson.

Winning manufacture: Ford (+185, Caesars)

Ford was in an excellent position to win the Daytona 500 until the Big One wiped out top contenders Joey Logano, Blaney, and Brad Keselowski.

Those drivers should be near the front for Sundays race.

We talked about Blaneys success at Atlanta.

Logano led 140 of the 260 laps in last years Spring race, winning with a last-lap pass. Keselowski was the one leading at the white flag, finishing second.

Austin Cindric and Chris Buescher are the other Ford drivers to watch.

Cindric has led three straight tlanta races, while Buescher led 39 laps in last years Summer race.

Ford came up short in the Daytona 500 but should be a contender to win the Ambetter Health 400.

This prop bet locks us into five drivers, but four have a strong chance of winning at Atlanta.

This group features Christopher Bell, Harrison Burton, Logano, Bubba Wallace and William Byron.

Logano and Byron are the stars of the group.

Theyve combined to win three of the last four Atlanta races, leading the most laps in that stretch. Logano had the car to beat in the Daytona 500, and Byron ended up in victory lane.

Bell has been among the top contenders at Atlanta since the repave.

Wallace hasnt been as good at Atlanta, but his success at Daytona and Talladega gives me confidence.

Burton is a longshot, but Atlanta has seen surprise contenders.

Logano and Byron are the drivers to beat, while Bell and Wallace should be in contention.

Top Chevy car: Corey Lajoie (+1600, bet365)

The new Atlanta Motor Speedway tends to produce surprise contenders.

At this pint, I dont think itd surprise many to see Lajoie in contention.

Hell struggle to run top 10 most weeks, but he has figured it out at Atlanta, where he has finished fifth and fourth in the last two Spring races.

The 2022 Summer race was the closest he came to winning a Cup race.

Lajoie led 19 laps and nearly made the pass for the win before wrecking on the final lap.

Theres much competition with Byron, Chase Elliott, Larson, and Ross Chastain.

Still, his Atlanta success plus the value of this prop bet make it an excellent option.
